SNACK: no snack today! We were so busy playing it was lunchtime before we knew it.
LUNCH: French Toast made with rice bread, real maple syrup, "chop salad" (shredded beets, spinach, lettuce, carrots all chopped fine and tossed with a tiny bit of maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and sea vegetable flakes)plain yogurt with bananas.

LUNCH: Carrots with Ranch dip, Mac and Cheese, cucumbers, and for dessert, yogurt, dates and dried papaya.

SNACK: Bunny crackers, banana, grapes
LUNCH: Tempeh Tacos (to my surprise, everyone ate these, especially Nora),Lo's no-sugar pear and apple sauce, rice noodles with "no-chicken" buillion and nutritional yeast, acorn squash. And all the garden munching before lunch!

SNACK: blueberry buckwheat pancakes with real maple syrup, oranges
LUNCH: Potato Cheese Carrot soup, peanut butter on soy crisps, hard boiled egg w/ yolk mixed with yogurt and kelp, cucumbers

SNACK: watermelon, Lola's low-sugar oat and raisin cookies
LUNCH: Lola's apple and pear sauce, peanut butter and maple sandwiches, cow's milk
Wednesday, Nov. 3rd
SNACK: Nayelli and Mommy's Rooibos Tea with milk and honey, animal crackers
LUNCH: whole grain crackers with hummos, avocado slices, Lola's applesauce, baby carrots, yogurt.
We started lunch at 11:15 and were still eating at 12:15! The yogurt was an afterthought as they were all eating up the crackers and the hummos was gone as well as 3 avocados! Then they were all still hungry so I got out the sandwich iron and made "Joeys" (its what they call grilled cheese pocket sandwiches in Australia) Each one of them ate at least half a sandwich (I cut them in quarters) and Nora and Wyatt ate a whole sandwich each. I was lucky and grateful to have Lois here today as I felt I couldn't serve the food fast enough they were all so hungry!

LUNCH: Persi and Momma's potato leek soup, carrots with ranch, strawberries, grapes, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches AND baba ganoush, which only Ella liked.
Monday, November 1st
SNACK: orange slices, dried fruit - raisins, papaya, coconut, pineapple - Wyatt and Mommy's muffins.
LUNCH: brown rice, carrots, celery and lettuce with ranch dip, steamed broccoli, soy crisp crackers with peanut butter, plain yogurt with a bit of pure maple syrup.
Thurs, October 28th
SNACK: apple slices, crackers, cheese
LUNCH: rice pasta mac and cheese, Lola's apple sauce, carrot sticks w/ ranch, lettuce from the garden!

SNACK: pomegranate, fresh-squeezed orange juice, Puffins (cereal)
LUNCH: buttery brown rice, lentils and carrots, wheat crackers with peanut butter, cucumbers, Pirate Booty
